KMI applicators are designed to produce high-quality terminations. These applicators are used with both bench machines and fully automatic lead makers.

KMI miniapplicators are quickly interchangeable and easily repaired.

KBFE

Special miniapplicator for crimping insulated ferrules on bandolier. Available for automatic and manual use.

 

KS

Our "KL spice" model is a miniapplication device that replaces the traditional machines used for applying enamel-removing terminals or joining clamps. This tool can be mounted on all standard production machines as a normal miniapplicator.

KBPN

This miniapplicator is specifically carried out for preinsulated terminals processing and for big article and anyway when it is necessary having a softer feeding and accurate managment of article feeding time.

The basic characteristics are the same of standard applicators, but the speed of the feed system can be adjusted by a pneumatic cylinder.

- Counter

On request, all miniapplicators can be equipped with counter to verify spare parts wear and to plan spare partsreplacement.

- Fine adjusting device

The adjusting device micrococentesimal consists of two overlapping rings and graduated from a common index reference.The upper ring, marked by a series of letters, allowing the adjustment of pressure on the conductor and the other, the lower one, marked by a series of numbers, allows the setting of pressure on the insulation. Both rings make, for every complete revolution, a stroke of 1 mm, while the minimum displacement increase was 0.02mm.
This control system has the advantage of offering an immediate reading of the indices and the ability to discriminate different types of insulation in the same section of the conductor (for example: Standard, Phase 3, etc.) also offers the opportunity to take no action on crimping unit when the latter are found on different settings.

The replacement of one of two control systems, the base with wheels on the device fixed or micrometer thickness proximate, it is very simple and does not require special specialist work on the miniapplicator.
