General Features

"TR" series defines the new models of the KMI automatic machines range with transfer structure. This offers a high degree of flexibility, considering all the possibilities of machine equipment. The TR layout allows up to min. 7 processing stations to be mounted on the machine, but the modular transfer side allows to increase this configuration according to customer's needs. The machine can accommodate crimping stations, tinnning and fluxing units, sleeve or seal insertion units, housing and IDC attachment and it can be equipped by a single, double or multiwire feeding system. All processing parameters and adjustments can be stored into the operative system, so data have to be programmed once. The user's interface runs on a Windows operating system and all electronic adjustment keep conversion time to a minimum.

The high performances of this series allows to compare these models to the highest quality machines on the market, but its price-to-performance ratio is unmatched.

Our range Contact can be equipped with a variety of options that offers the highest degrees of flexibility, so to meet the customer's specific needs; crimping units (20 kN) can be integrated with a crimping force monitoring to guarantee a perfect quality and at the same time to give information about the production. Our system doesn't reduce in any way the piece output of the machine.

Another option available is our Dual device that allows double crimp connections in either a horizontal or a vertical arrangement as required.

The machine can be equipped with a wire feeding system by four rollers (standard feature) or with a wire feeding system by belts (on request).
