General Features

The new CONTACT ST fully automatic crimping machine represents another result of our continuous research and development improving the processing qualities and customers benefits. This new model includes as standard feature a longer conveyor tray system and it can be equipped up to three terminating stations or two terminating stations and one seal insertion, cover insertion or tinning station. Crimp force monitor can also be integrated to provide a crimp quality control. A Personal Computer complete with operator's graphic interface and running a Windows based operating software – oversees all the different functions, making the CONTACT ST a powerful but user-friendly machine. An unlimited number of different part numbers can easily be stored and retrieved, all settings are electronically performed and all parameters are automatically optimized.

Our range CONTACT can be equipped with a variety of options that offers the highest degrees of flexibility, so to meet the customer's specific needs; crimping units (20 kN or 30 kN) can be integrated with a crimping force monitoring to guarantee a perfect quality and at the same time to give information on the production. Our system doesn't reduce in any way the piece output of the machine.

Seal insertion unit or sleeve attachment unit can be mounted on this range to as well as the twisting device or tinning station with integral flux unit.

Another option available is our Dual device that allows double crimp connections in either a horizontal or a vertical arrangement as required.

The machine can be equipped with a wire feeding system by four rollers (standard feature) or a wire feeding system by belts (on request).
